Obituary for Daniel Chitwood
Daniel Chitwood, 77, of Louisville, husband of Sandra Smith Chitwood, died Tuesday November 7, 2017 at the Hosparus Care Center in Louisville. He was born in Louisville February 28, 1940 the son of the late Daniel & Margaret Holland Chitwood Sr.
Daniel had been a developer and an Accountant with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. He was also a Veteran having served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter, Kim Woody and 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevin Blair Chitwood.
Arrangements are pending at this time.
Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home East is in charge of arrangements.
