Debbie Rouse, 66, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, formerly of Oldham County, wife of Dale Rouse, died Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Eastwood, Ky. May 10, 1952 the daughter of the late William & Naomi Kummer Goatley. She had worked at South Oldham Middle School and many years ago, Stewarts Department Store. Before moving from the area she had attended Northeast Christian Church. She was also an avid quilter.
Besides her husband of 42 years she leaves to cherish her memory, children, Marcy Rouse & Whayne Rouse (Valerie), sister, Minette Lucas (Lee) and grandchildren, Alec Rouse, Kim Wrigley and Aidan Ashby.
A service celebrating Debbie’s life will be held 1:00pm Friday, October 5, 2018 at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home East, 11601 Ballardsville Road, visitation will be from 10:00 am Friday until service time.
