Evelyn Daniels Hansson, 88, of LaGrange, KY passed away peacefully at her home Monday, January 29th, 2018. Evelyn was born on April 13th, 1929 in Cairo, IL. She professed her faith in Christ at the age of 15, and felt led throughout her life to serve and love others at church, as a volunteer with Project Read and Hospice, and as a foster parent. Evelyn was a supportive wife and mother, admired by her husband for making sacrifices and encouraging him early on in their marriage as he completed his education. She is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Kenneth Hansson, daughters Kristena (Kent) Robinson and Karen (Bruce) Windsor, grandchildren Andrew, Nathan (Chelsea), Jenny (Andrew), Joel and Elias, and three great-granddaughters, Chloe, Katelyn, and Rorie. Along with her husband, Evelyn was a member at Covenant United Methodist Church in LaGrange.
