Allison Hart Higgins, 42, daughter of James Higgins and Karen Ramsey, died Friday January 20, 2017 in Louisville. She was born in Kings Mountain, North Carolina August 24, 1974.
Besides her parents she leaves to cherish her memory, brothers, James & Jeffrey Higgins, sisters, Jennifer Scott (Brice) and Lauryn Sack (Michael), Nephew, Hayden Scott, nieces, Sloan Scott and Riley & Harper Sack.
