Obituary for Forrest F. Perkinson
Forrest Perkinson was born on November 27, 1920 and passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
Forrest was a resident of Fishers, Indiana at the time of his passing. He was formerly from Carrollton, Kentucky.
He had served his country honorably during World War II. in the United States Navy.
He was married to Lucille.
Interment:A Graveside Service will be at 2:30 P.M. on Monday, April 11, 2016 at the Louisville Memorial Gardens East in Louisville KY.
